Here's an interesting signal on the RJ Corman Memphis Line (which doesn't actually reach Memphis, TN):
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.8492572 ... 312!8i6656
The crossing as a whole is a bit interesting as it features a pair of 5 inch masts despite being gateless. Maybe the L&N had originally installed gates here?

An early General Signals e-bell! :WOOT:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.821233, ... 312!8i6656
Wonder if it still works?

Some old Transport Products Corp. signals from the L&N here, though only the masts, bell (maybe), one base, and junction boxes are original to them it appears:

Another early GSI e-bell!
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9102078 ... 328!8i1664

Classic signals:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9416744 ... 312!8i6656

Old L&N install with newer gate mechs:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9709171 ... 312!8i6656

Another classic L&N install that appears to be almost entirely original:

More old L&N equipment:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9884846 ... 312!8i6656

Classic signals:

https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9909766 ... 312!8i6656

https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9924913 ... 312!8i6656

A bit of an interesting way to aim the lights here:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9944425 ... 312!8i6656

Looks like this used to be a gated two-way set-up:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9959392 ... 312!8i6656
Also, the bell is mounted on the relay case:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9960684 ... 312!8i6656
But used to be on one of the signals:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9960378 ... 328!8i1664

An old L&N gated install with newer gate mechs and two bells!
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9972947 ... 312!8i6656

Another old almost-all original L&N install!
https://www.google.com/maps/@37.0188094 ... 328!8i1664

More classic signals!

I've heard of General Signals, but what on earth is GSI?

It's an abbreviation of General Signals Inc, which is the full name of General Signals.

Harmon/Modern Industries counterweight arms, from the looks of it.
NathanFromEngland wrote: What's this next to the base?

Likely some kind of splice box to run the wiring into the base.

Done due to the building being in front of the signal, it appears.

Vandal-guards on all the lights at this crossing!
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4726454 ... 312!8i6656
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4725245 ... 312!8i6656
Old SAL install too!

Split crossbuck!
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4713069 ... 312!8i6656

Another old SAL install here with some more vandal-guards!
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4777129 ... 312!8i6656
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4777129 ... 312!8i6656
Also, for some reason, there's an extra gateless signal here as well:
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4776008 ... 312!8i6656
Used to have a mechanical bell as well though:
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4775828 ... 312!8i6656
Wonder how the bells operate?

More vandal-guards here!

Maybe they're supposed to serve this?

I assumed that they're for this road even though it looks like they'd be hard to see. They probably should just move that signal to be next to that road and maybe add a gate as anyone on that road has to cross over the crossing regardless of which direction they are going to turn on the main road. https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4775673 ... 312!8i6656
