This house has traffic lights installed for a fence, But why? This is odd! Surely there must have been a driveway for the house at some point. But this streetview shows the house boarded up. So i can't tell if the house has been boarded up due to structural problems or whatsoever.

That has to be one of the strangest things I've seen!
I assume that these sensors detect vehicles and make the light go to red. Not really a bad idea but that house has clearly been unoccupied for a very long time!
