Trainzmandude2012 got me thinking about Australia with his post in another thread, so I checked out a crossing in that country at random and lo and behold, it was active!

And the old fashioned one-signal traffic light. Every time I see one of these now all I can think about is the one in the Cars movie.

Yup. Talladega's last 4-way. It's a Crouse-hinds Art-deco signal. There was another one at 17th Street and Coosa Street, but it has since been removed and all that is left is the controller:
