17th Road in Dalton, WI has a bell only crossing. Unsure if there was ever a wig-wag here or not, but the base and mast of this bell are clearly from a wig-wag. Picture here on my Flickr. http://flic.kr/p/atHkkG

I think with the holes on it, I think they used to be lights on them but been removed and left the crossbucks and the WCH e-bells on them.
