A Safetran bell earlier in the video also sounds a bit flat.

One of the bells at this pedestrian crossing in Italy sounds rather flat:

Recorded a flat-sounding Modern Industries bell in Springfield, FL yesterday. Will post the video when I'm back up in Huntsville next week.

The yodalarm on the right side of the crossing sounds really sick, while the one on the left is dead.

This crossings yodalarms speakers are blown.

Not quite a bell, but here's an alarm over in the UK that starts out rather fast and then goes into a completely flat tone:

I found out that WRRS Mechanical Bell I recorded up near Franklin, Kentucky sounds rather flat.

A few weak-sounding WRRS mini-bells:

A flat sounding WRRS bell in Ybor City, Florida.

Also a flat sounding Safetran one not too far away.
