Wrestling is rather popular in Mexico, so I wouldn't be surprised if the owner is a fan of Wrestling. I also wonder if they got permission from John Cena to use his name and likeness for advertising purposes.

Work of art.

Here is where it was originally located, the sculpture was removed in December 2011 due to so called "Road improvements" that have been going on for a while. The original sculpture was moved to the edge of Canary Wharf in 2013, and its been there ever since.

There is also a similar set in China, however, I've been told that it was removed even though it was used for decoration. I guess it was too bemusing to drivers.

Speaking of John Cena's Burger and Taco restaurant, some names are spelt incorrectly, i don't know if its just Mexican language though.

The Great Khali is spelt as "Grand Khali" and Rey Mysterio is spelt like "Rey Misterio" See i know my WWE facts right here!

I've seen those ads around Sydney and I have a pretty good idea what they are for. I believe they could be for a certain kind of nasal spray that Ugly Dave Gray used to do radio ads for. Don't want to elaborate any further in the spirit of keeping things G rated! Sounds like a load of rubbish anyway, the saying " a fool and his money are soon parted" comes to mind.

Two possibilities:
1. The STL-10 siren (on the right) is left over from an old civil defense era system that was replaced, and the Whelen on the left is the replacement. However, for some reason, the STL-10 was never taken down.
2. The STL-10 siren is used by the fire department to alert the populace and fire fighters of fire calls, while the Whelen is a tornado siren.
