There are front and rear facing mast lights, but the overhead lights are just front only... same for the other.

I'm also judging that the nearby FCEN crossing acts as a crossing that prevents overflow resulting in traffic stopping on the tracks.

Here's a pretty useless signal for a right turn and the tracks are not involved with the right turn.

Leftover signal from before the turn restriction was added. Railroad simply never took down the cantilever, that's all.
