And then i'm seeing a VMS being used to advertise device repairs, pretty sure this was "legally" acquired and not just taken away from a construction area.

Also in 2008, this crossing did have a nice setup, featuring NO RIGHT TURN signals.

Crossing was also in action in 2013, and the no turn signals were still there, but it seems that they no longer worked.

It's possible that UP just didn't want to spend the budget to upgrade those to LED or at least continue to maintain them as incandescent signals.
