Nice catch right in front of the former Amtrak station there. It would be nice to see the Sunset Limited resume service through there in the future.
There has been a few talks about Amtrak returning service back through here, but I'm not 100%
real certain if it is gonna see service again...

TBH, the sale of the P&A and Tallahassee Subs has probably thrown a wrench in any plans to bring back this part of the Sunset Limited.

Ran into this looking at stuff in Alaska. Coastal Classic (or whataever it was named then) heading out of Seward:

Nice catch!
Pretty sure that one's been posted in the past, though. A long time ago. Alaska is notorious for their 12x20 Lex-C lights.

Quite an unusual and unique looking crossing in Panama City, Florida.

Active crossing, before the crossing was removed and another crossing (I assume the replacement? was built on the new road), look's like the cars were split, causing some tailbacks.

Active crossing, LED's are weird, unless it's just a bad reaction with street view.

I've documented both of those crossings for the site in the summer of 2018, just need to get the photos up sometime.

All long gone, sadly. Pretty much everything on the BAYL south of the Florida state line was upgraded some years ago, especially around Panama City.
