The lights aren't flashing, am i missing something here?
It's just a nice older ICG install, which I remarked about it being a "classic" crossing in my post.
Oh i'm silly, i only woke up when i responded and i misread it as active.

This isn't on Google Maps, but a similar website called Mapillary. They have coverage of a bunch more countries than what's offered on Google.
Here are some of the things I've found in Cuba.
To start, here's an example of the most common type of signalized crossing in Cuba:
1970-80's era USSR-type lights and barriers. From recent photos I've seen of this very crossing, the lights have been replaced by LEDs.
Possible FRA Violation? The traffic signals are in flashing red, but stop sign is placed behind the traffic signal. The traffic signals do still function, but the bulbs are burned out on most signals. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5915219 ... 312!8i6656
