That signal honestly always reminds me of the one at
32nd Street in Birmingham, AL, TBH. I believe that one in Kentucky predates the one at 32nd Street though, and would've originally been installed by the N&W (whereas I think the one at 32nd Street was from the mid-90s?).
Nice to see it still retains a pair of its original 8 inch side lights!

Looks like the trucks on it still have old "journal" bearings as well, so it'll've definitely been a
very long time, that's for sure!
I think that's come-up a few times before, still a pretty bizarre one though.
