Appears that set of tracks has already been abandoned for quite awhile.

Just FYI; abandonment occurs when the the STB has approved it, and the property has been sold or reverts to the adjoining property owners. Appearance or track conditions do not constitute abandonment.

We had one in Bellingham on Meridian Street. It was used from 1888 to 2001 when a washout killed the line. I will post a photo when I find out how to post photos

Follow Up!, in 2010, the signals were removed and the big cantilever was reused.

Also, notice how the news calls it "Safety Rails"?!?! :LOL2: :LOL2:   :LOL3: :LOL3: :LOL3: :LOL3: :LOL3: :LOL3: (This is at Beaudry Road in Moxee WA)

I followed that line further and found a relay case and the remains of Griswold/RACO/Safetran EM signals and a relay case.
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 9&t=h&z=20
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 3&t=h&z=20
Here's a crossbuck left that was left:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 8&t=h&z=19
Another crossbuck and a small relay case (I think this might have been posted before):
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 4&t=h&z=20
More crossbucks:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 2&t=h&z=20
Yet another crossbuck, but it is hard to see:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Canton,+ ... 5&t=h&z=20

This line has been OK'd for abandonment. Looks like the abandoning took place before the OK

Went a couple of miles to the south down that line and found these:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source= ... 05785&z=14

Looks like they have been there awhile too based on the weeds around the wheels.
Also found these classics to the north:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Shelburn ... 2&t=h&z=18
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Shelburn ... 5&t=h&z=18
Even farther to the north is the posts for what I believe were crossbucks:

Here's a couple signals that are still standing from a rail line that was removed
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 9,,0,-1.17
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 55,,0,5.32 (Notice that they're only one signal)

These crossings has their signals and the rail line is still in place, but the crossings are paved over
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 4,,0,-0.64
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 88,,0,2.34
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 26,,0,5.79
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 95,,0,0.18 (I really like this one)

Here's an interesting one
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=30 ... 2,,0,-3.16

Notice with this one, this was a spur line from the main rail line (you see on your left), this spur line was removed sometime in 2006 (the space you see on your right).
This one only got the mast mount lights off of it but the crossbuck and even the bell (Both signals has the WCH electronic bells) are still on, which make the signal very interesting.
