Not sure if anyone noticed, but these signals appear to show the image of a fire truck when active. Neat find! I found another pair, this time at an intersection with normal GYR signals. I wonder if the main signals also change when the blackout signals are active? Although they are in flash mode.

Happens all the time over here.
