Since Chernobyl and Pripyat, Ukraine are now on streetview, I was able to find an abandoned railroad crossing with signals at it:

Found some abandoned rails in Tampa:

If I had to guess, these rails at one point were probably part of the old TECO Streetcar System that dated back to 1892.
