Well, i mean one of their subsidiaries is CSX Intermodal. But how is it a normal container? I went to Orlando, Florida last month and whenever i was in a car i saw no trucks with a CSX container.

You'll see them on interstate highways a lot.

I'm pretty sure that it's not for the trail, but rather a detour in place for the road there and it's pointing motorists to turn right up ahead at that light.

And that right there is a common site in Florida. This setup could also be applied to 4-way sections as well, in that one side would go first, followed by the other side.

Seen it plenty of times here in Huntsville. Memorial Parkway in particular has a lot of split-phased intersections.
