Milwaukee, Wisconsin... this set of tracks used to cross the Milwaukee river. The swing bridge over the river is still there too... but hasn't seen a train since 2003.

Yeah... me too. And except for the one light on the mast only crossing, they have held up pretty well these last 13 years. I was thinking they had removed the relay box for that crossing until I finally spotted it.

Abandoned light-rail tracks that were taken out of service when a new line opened that smoothened out this curve in 2010:

And even with the tracks there obviously out of service, they replaced the crossbuck between 2011 and 2014 anyways.

Pretty cool that they used advance warning signs for the pedestrian crossings, and that is not mentioning how the advance warning signs themselves are interesting.
