Definitely an odd one. The traffic turning has nothing but the "no turn signs". They could squeeze a mast signal in there but probably figure it would get whacked in no time.

Good heavens! That thing was mowed down! And the road was recently re-paved. Hmmmm...

Very new-looking installation and from the looks of it those tracks are pretty dormant. Always wonder why things like that happen. Waste of money there...
