surprised some of the other teardrop bells on this line have been posted or mentioned numerous times such as commercial st. exeter ms.

sorry for bringing up this old post but google street view has been to this crossing and it shows that if there was ever a teardrop bell here it has been replaced sadly

This Photograph was taken in Cuba not too long ago by the looks of it. The current state of the Signal or Bell are unknown, but knowing Cuba, they're probably kept in good working order to this day.

Note how the bottom half of the Crossbuck is missing, explaining the "Ferro, Cero". It would originally say "Crucero de Ferrocarril" or "Railroad Crossing".

do you by any chance maps surfer know where the crossing is located because that is a nice find!
it would also help me because then we could type the location of the crossing in google maps.
if there is streetview there we might be able to find out if it's still there!

no streetview in cuba sadly but you're probably right.
