I did some looking around and noticed that. Still pretty cool, though.ToledoRailfan wrote:The Isle of Man Railway uses those on all of their public signalized crossings.freebrickproductions wrote:Traffic light wig-wags there!ToledoRailfan wrote: It appears that Google caught a Sunshower!

Re: Google Street View
There is this crossing that is kind of private that has these odd signals.freebrickproductions wrote:I did some looking around and noticed that. This school crossing also uses the same type of signal.

My guess is that it is for the train engineers to know that cross traffic is stopped.ToledoRailfan wrote:For some reason these intersections have green traffic signal beacons facing the wrong way for this one-way road!![]()

I think they only light up when the regular traffic signals facing the other direction are green.
Also, check out this one signal wonder a few blocks down: https://www.google.com/maps/@38.8586702 ... 6656?hl=en
Unfortunately it appears those tracks are no longer in use:

Re: Google Street View
I caught the Street View car in Brandon, FL today! Unfortunately, I didn't see it in time (since the light was green) and I accidentally rolled down the wrong window to wave my hand out of!
I'll see if they captured my car in the near future, since I did wave through my windsheild

Re: Google Street View
Google caught me driving to work back in April. For some reason, I can't seem to find it on Streetview again at the moment, but luckily I took a screen shot of it when it was on there:
My van also can be seen at my job several times.

April 2016: https://www.google.com/maps/@27.8441667 ... 6656?hl=en
And... back in 2012 when I lived in Illinois it can be seen parked in my driveway: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.7803351 ... 6656?hl=en

Re: Google Street View
Well, Google did capture my car back in June 2015 while I was at work...

Re: Google Street View
Here is a really cool scenic bridge that is right next to a railroad bridge! These bridges are located near the Canadian-American border.
