The flasher relay's on this crossing freeze as soon as the signals activate.
The gates are lowering slowly and the Hybrid bell is also ringing slow. Wouldn't surprise me at all if this crossing was on battery power when it was filmed there.

Interestingly enough, the relay for the other crossing there was working fine.

The new signals due to replace this crossing here are operational for some reason, the gate even lowers, the lights even work as well.
