They're actually Harmon signals, although the mechanical bell is Safetran (and reused, because I'm pretty sure that Safetran mechanical bells were out of manufacturing by 2009, when the 'wag was decommissioned per Dan's wig wag site).

Found this neat crossing in Haddam, CT. Has several extra pairs of lights and an M-Bell painted black!

Quite a few older 8 inch signals if you follow the line east.

They look to be the same lights used in a Position Light Signal, like what was used by the PRR. In fact, the fail-safe signal (that I believe is in Virgina?) uses the same lights.
