Fountain Rock Road near Walkersville, MD got one. Replaced a WCH M Bell.

Knew that was CSX crossing right away because of the NEG bell
sadly it probably died or else the whole crossing would have been upgraded.
CSXT wouldn't usually just change out a bell for no reason
