Reminds me of the road that goes up Pike's Peak in Colorado Springs. Not a road you want to drive on if you are afraid of heights.

To hide the cars the cameras are mounted on, and also avoid having a black section there due to the fact that they have no downwards pointing cameras, Google has the bottom of every street view image made from parts around that section, which sometimes includes cars and the like. From my observations, that is.
