Those are McCain PV beacons, not 3M.

McCain is also the only company that still makes PV signals. Intelight was another brand, but they stopped a few years ago.

Interestingly, there are three pairs of Intelight beacons here at one signal in Tampa. These aren't found anywhere else in the area.

Those are actually strobe tubes mounted on a more common signal housing. If they were true Intelights or Optisofts, you'd see a heat sink on the back of the housing.

Well... if they are going to go through the trouble of blurring it on Streetview... they should blur the satellite view as well.

The owners of it probably requested Google to blur it because they were tired of people looking at their house on street view.
