Just so it's known, the land that the Plant City Train Viewing Platform sits on, where the railcam is located, is owned by the city of Plant City. That is public, tax-funded property. Besides, under Florida law, because he is out in the open where anybody could hear his vulgarity, Florida's wiretapping law does not apply. Also, even if the law did apply, then how would Virtual Railfan be breaking said law if the video was fake in the first place and he truly was at a casino when this happened?

When i looked at the comments, i'm just horrified by the amount of his fans that don't even condone his actions, it's like seeing the safety notice and the video in general seems to brainwash them into thinking that the entire video is totally SFW and made for kids.
I don't know how Florida state law works, why on earth has he not been arrested yet?

TBH, this was apparently faked using effects, according to the description anyways:

I just now unsubscribed from him because of how bad his videos have gotten. His stupid orange series is one of the reasons why I stopped watching his videos. I'm just glad he hasn't came up to Kansas City when he does tour stuff. Hopefully he doesn't come up to KC or even in my hometown, Independence MO.
