Crossbuck for alley. (Hardly visible to drivers in the alley.)

Yes, this traffic signal is certainly hidden behind the tree.
(You're seeing the yellow back of the signal head facing east.)
Glad they did not harm the trees by mounting that signal in a "proper" location.

In case you were wondering... I had posted this originally, but then removed it because it was a traffic signal, not a crossing signal.

Yes, but yours was still interesting.
One wonders why it was located there.
