From last months newspaper:

Work along Ben Maddox Way and Noble Avenue has begun to upgrade railroad signals.
A full road closure for eastbound traffic on Noble Avenue from Burke Street to Ben Maddox Way will begin at 6 a.m. Saturday and continue through 5 p.m. Monday.
Industrial Railways Co. will begin construction, which consists of removing the old track and installing new tracks and concrete panels.

I'm suprised that it is Ben Maddox and not Mineral King that's getting the upgrade/

I could say I'd be surprised, but then again, this is the SJVR we're talking about here.
