Check this out. This is an entry in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade for the city of Alhambra. It's got a representation of a wigwag on it!

Might be something to watch for... If it is a real float, I wonder if it will swing?

It just might work. I volunteered on two Rose Parade floats (1989 & 1991), and they can get a lot of animation going on one of those things. A wig wig would be pretty easy doing.
