GS bell abnormality (Video Deleted)

Take a listen to this clip. The GS bell here sounds a bit flat, and low pitched.

ugh, Sounds like a WCH E Bell, Must be a GS Type 2 or A Bad Circut Board Type 1

Well, why not? That horrid screeching sound compliments the upside down gate on the opposite approach signal.

hey where did you get thoese webcam shots
ive looked at those the last couple of days and a few mins ago a train came by and when the gate went down at the one crossing it smacked a car LOL
as far as the ebell gos ugg don't like it and just shows that the maintainer is a slack ass as well as the wrongly stripped gate
wounder when well start seeing the new Canadian style here as gates are being grandfathered :glare:

So, is it cheaper to replace an e-bell with a new one... or perhaps take an old one, work on the circuit board, and just swap refurb bells each time one croaks?

If memory serves me right, wasn't there a post on here or a pic on the website somewhere that showed that there was a WCH chip in a GS bell or vice versa??
