Anthing like this in anybody elses neighborhood? Is it time for a scavanger hunt??

Interesting indeed. My guess would be because of the powerlines, but because the camera's only on one side of the road it's hard to tell what's on the other side, although there is a lamp post. I don't think I've ever seen median-only signals.

Were those former wigwags at one time CIC755? It would explain it clearly if they were.

I've seen signals in the median in Hot Springs,AR at an exempt crossing.
