NYS Rail Improvements

Well, here's our part of the stimulus money for rail improvements. Note the fact that it mentions the installation of a third track with warning devices and upgrade of warning devices at 12 crossings. I wonder which one will be affected. I hope this doesn't spell the end of the line for those crossings that have mini-bells. Those crossings are west of the Schenectady Amtrack station (Albany is east of that station), but you never know...
