Crossing Arm (gate)

I have a crossing gate (arm) with the three lights currently attached. For static display purposes only I would like to energize these lights to operate like at a normal railroad crossing with the arm down and the lights; 1 on steady and the other 2 flashing. What relay(s) would I need to accomplish this and at what voltage would the lights operate?

Remember, there is NO crossing mechanism involved, just the crossing arm only.

Thanks for any assistance,
Roland

You would need a 12V power supply (easy to get at an electronics store, eg. Radio Shack), and a flasher relay, preferably a WABCO/Union Switch and Signal FN16 or FN16A.
