idiot rides on top of hopper car

I see that sporadically around here. It's usually illegals sneaking in, around, or back out.
A few years ago I spotted one sitting high atop a covered hopper like he was King Of The World. The train went by at about 60 MPH, and this guy was obviously enjoying himself very much. I laughed about it then, and still do now.
