New UP Locomotive honors Boy Scouts of America

A new UP locomotive (likely a GEVO), represents the Boy Scouts of America. It has our current year (2010) as its engine number.

Now that you mentioned it, UP is treating this engine as a "Community Service Locomotive" according to their Commemorative locomotives page.
