What unusual is that two of them are on one side of the crossing.
Two WCH E-bells, one M-bell:

There are some instances of that kind of a setup on the site in a few places.
The Metro Blue Line in Phoenix and Tempe, AZ has two Safetran type 2s configured that way, one on the cantilever, and one on the gate mast, for a total of 4 e-bells.
There are a few other instances too. There's one with a GS and WCH e-bell combo in Wilmington, CA, and also unpictured are a few crossings near Boise, Idaho that have a total of 4 mechanical bells, one on each cantilever and gate mast for just 2 signals.

The railroad crossing on Wales St. in Abington, MA has three bells, all of them mechanical. One of them is Safetran, the other two are WCH.

There are also a few crossings I can think of that have at least 4 bells on 4 signals, including median signals. There may be a few on the site.
