Looks like Raco masts. The absence of rear mast light is kind of screwy...

There are tons of those in Texas. For some odd reason though, Texas rarely uses rear lights on the masts on those older signals.

The crossing likely sees more trains than autos.

Notice the new case behind the the small one that looks like it's not in use, could be an upgrade to this crossing.
