Union St. Randolph Mass

What in the world is with that advance warning sign?? "Warning, Active Crossing Ahead" are the inactive crossings labled as such too..?

It may have to do with the crossings getting more activity. I've only seen those at MBTA crossings. Before MBTA came along, CSX used the crossings just 2x a day. Now it's up to 25 a day.

I think it's their way of telling people that train counts have increased.

reason why is
1.common scene isnt so common anymore
2. stupid F :Censored: Kers cant stay out of the way of any commuter train i know of
Chicago is id say the worst nearly everyday someone is hit by one of their trains
mbta thou had a few very tragic wreck lately include one in which a 5 year old kid road his bike around the crossing gate and got nailed by mbta going 75 mph
on another note its a big trend nowadays that suicidal teen are doing is standing in front of trains
have a few friends in the industry that have hit teens and other suicidal people
