California PUC Crossings

Upon fixing one of my pages in Hanford, CA, I discovered another weird website.

This is a database for California crossings. Before anyone gets excited, there are no pictures available, unlike the Illinois and Ohio DOT pages.

There are some Excel documents that show two sets of crossing ID numbers, the usual DOT numbers assigned by the FRA, as well as another set of codes called a CPUC number, assigned by the state of California.

CPUC stands for California Public Utilities Comission. Crossings that don't have DOT numbers, like say Metro Blue Line do have CPUC numbers. Should I start including these on the website pages?

The link for the page can be found here: http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/PUC/transportati ... ingsdb.htm

Also, these CPUC numbers are what's found on the pre-1978 EXEMPT signs that are seen in California.
