Has Crandic's traffic increased that much to justify the new signals and gates in Cedar Rapids (possibly from a new ethanol plant)?

ADM has a new ethanol plant in operation, so most if not all of the traffic increase is directly related to that. And since it's ADM, it's a rather large ethanol plant (it might actually be the largest ethanol plant).
