Unlikely. When that's going to happen, the signals either go in after the road is laid out, or they're spaced far enough apart to accomdate widening from the beginning. Usually signals go in after the road work is done because it greatly minimizes the chance of the new signals being damaged by all the heavy construction work and equipment.Robert_Gift wrote:Or preparing for the street to be paved four lanes.
