New member with WRRS mini bell qurstions

Hi there. For the most part, I am mainly interested in train horns and locomotive bells, though I do have two crossing bells.

I had a few questions about my mini bell. When I got it, the contacts were bent so that only one of the two connected. I straightened and adjusted the contacts, the result is what you hear in the video. Now, I'm not too impressed with how it sounds right now and I'm wondering what I can do to improve it. I have a few pictures to help out with the description.
First off, the contacts look to be pitted. Do these need replaced/repaired?
Secondly, is the bell missing a hammer? I took the rain guard and gong off one day and noticed that it looks like it's missing a part or two.
Also, I have included a photo of the diagram that is inside the cover. It's odiously a 1276 bell, it has 1276 cast into the back of it, but the inside digram says 1275. Any differences between the 1276 and 1275?

It's aluminum. Ok, I'll leave the contacts alone then. Now, where can I find that missing hammer part?

Thanks! Would you mind posting a picture of the hammer so I know what I am going for here?
