crossings at bridges

Back in 91,I was in Indianapolis,IN visiting relatives.We came across a bridge with a railroad crossing right at it.I don't remember seeing the signs or signals at it.I've also seen another road with a similar setup as we went over it,this crossing just had lights.Anyone know what road it is in Indianapolis and if the track is still there?
