For the 12-31-10 update, i have a crossing from Farmersville, IL that was has a Safetran Hybrid bell and a was caught during a malfunction, and on top of that, it wasn't even a normal malfunction.

I also found some updated pictures of two crossings in Skull Valley, AZ from early last year i can submit.
