I guess the designer wasn't happy with just the lights on the regular mast...

It's almost like the lights were an afterthought; one of those "I thought I was forgetting something!" moments.
Nice teardrop on the other side too...

Ok, thanks for clearing that up guys! Didn't know that was common practice with this model.

I was actually in that area today, or atleast close to it, wish I knew about it because then I would have gone over there to see a UP SD70ACe lead a coal drag long hood forward.
