Thought I would share...

Interesting signal...

It has an extra set of lights at the top... and the extra set are GRS LEX-C's! Also notice the snow covering the lower left lens.

It's called a plow extra... just the plow and an engine clearing the tracks so that future trains can (hopefully) get through without any problems. Very common occurrence in the northern states.

Oh, I have only lived in the south. I lived in Southern California until 2005, then Florida until 2007, then Texas from there on out. So I have never seen anything like that.

You could be right... but I think it might be snow up in the lens area under the visor. The signal probably got plastered by the street plow the same way it is about to get plastered by the railroad plow.

I love those GRS Lex-C lights. Of course, they extra set on top is for the hill.

I think the snow may have hit the lenses to hard. lol
