Assuming it's focus is the wigwag and not the 12" signal in the background. 
I submitted this once before, and I probably don't have a chance against that wigwag, but I'll post anyway:
A tribute to the old Broadway crossing - very rusty WCH mechanical bell and 8" GRS LEX-C lights. The only thing modern is the gate on the closer signal.
