well it sounds like its clicking a bit, all they need to do is readjust and clean the contacts and hammer along with rotate the gong, AND if its a new wch they should check out the plastic armature inside thats got to be the stupidest thing wch did to one of the best m-bells out there

* CORRECTION * I actually met the bell thats on the side WHERE the relay case is, that one is dieng but yeah they should fix it.
