Amtrak's new photography policy

Well today Amtrak released a new policy on tkaing photos and video at their stations. Heres the link to the policy:

as long as you are not in the restricted zones you are fine. Who knows what the range is on the restricted zones though...

Just don't stand on Amtrak's property... stand on the other side of the tracks or street or whatever. Problem solved!

I scanned through it and what I got out if it was simple: Don't trespass to take pictures. Duh...
I shot this video last night from a public City of Portland sidewalk. They have no grounds...
