Six tracks

Six tracks, one crossbuck, and it's improperly mounted.

And those tracks look like they are still used... those need at least gateless signals at each crossing...

Crossing signals on spur tracks and yards like that are very hard
Relays will constantly be dropped and picked up, causing signals to tale ring and malfunction/False activate

Put in a Grade crossing predictor and with trains accelerating from a dead stop will cause the gate to end up dropping with the train engines already in the crossing or with lights only a less than 20 second warning time.

That's why crossbucks and a Stop and Flag Order or Slow and check to make sure traffic is stopped rule is in place
