I recently went back to the scrap pile in Plant City, this is were I found my GS Type 1 & Safetran Type 2/NEG bells. Everything from lights to gate mechs were gone, except this. I found this WCH Mechanical Bell sitting in some high grass. Needs a lot of work on it though.

I'm guessing this might be a early version WCH bell since the base has WRRS CO 1206-5 inscribed on it

Also does anyone have any info on how to get this screw out?

Try a 1/2" socket wrench, or buy a 1/2" AAR terminal wrench like the ones we carry.

Kight if I may ask, will that wrench also take the screw that holds the gong in place out too?

I always take the gong off with a huge adjustable wrench, It's a lot easier.
FYI If you want to use a socket wrench you need a 3/4" to take the gong off.

I have no idea what your talking about Kody, the hammer is a bit mushroomed and was sticking, fixed that with a good cleaning, thing works fine now. Also Patrick was the one who told me about the polarity, hes the one that hooked up his bells the wrong way to see what happens. The hammer will pick up but will not drop until you removed power.
ALSO CSX SUCKS :LOL2:

Don't hurt yourself thinking too much now Kody.

Don't be jealous, Kighty!

If you would get out and work instead of being glued to your TV watching the whitney houston tribute marathon, you might could be in as good a shape as me!
